being in the city i can now see properly how malawians drive
i can only think of 2 words to discribe it.
ABSOLUTELY CRAZY
seriously i swear there are no road rules at all, and half the cars dont even have lisence plates, when i bumped my car i hated that dent in the bonnet but the cars here have huge dents in there cars and dont even care, my car would be considered brand new here. also i could sell my car here for 3 times as much as its worth in england, its strange because everything even houses are cheaper than in england, in fact i think you can buy a house for less than a car here, crazy stuff.
another thing about malawian drivers is the use of the car horn, in england to be honest compared to here dont use the car horn, every chance they get the will use it but not just one little tap no a short burst of the car horn goes like this.

dont make me write down the long burst of the car horn .
it takes alot of skill to drive in blantyre.
we were in a traffic jam waiting for it to start moving and then i just see this car driver past along the pavement i was sjust like what, apparently its normal, if cant be bothered to wait drive on the pavement. i even saw one minibus with one side of the bus on one side of a ditch and the other side on the other side of the ditch just driving along now that takes some skill.
