well at the moment i am in lilongwe attempting to sort out my work permit
which is extremely hard because malawi immigration service is ridiculous it is also mega mega full and busy, nothing is done on computer, i went in there so many times to ask if my work permit is ready and the guy just says NO
doesnt check, doesnt look at anything just says no
anyway finally its been approved and they are now asking for an extra 300 on top of the money they already wanted for it so im just like er..... no well words to that effect i heard sometimes children read this so i have to censor things.
so im going into immigration today to sort it out
the weekend has been pretty good went to this bar yesterday with some friends in a compound called four season, my first time to go there and it was like stepping out of reality this place was serious nice and there was alll these expensive restaurants and boutigues aqnd things and this bar called chameleons had live jazz playing which was really good. but the prices are ridiculous i mean a beer in a local bar costs like so much then you have your expensive prices in the night clubs and tourist places but this place a beer cost twice as much as the tourist lodge prices luckily i wasnt paying there is no way i could afford to drink there normally but it was a really nice place and the music was really good
